All products best care is added to the tags on the products purchased. Please check these to ensure your products last.

Store credit will be assigned to your own account only when you have returned a product and it has been added. This will be added into your account and you will see the credit available at check out.

Deliveries are at a standard Rate of R65 within Gauteng and R100 for all additional areas. IF orders placed are over R650, delivery fee is Free.

We try to be as quick as possible. Please allow between 2 and 3 business days for main areas and up to 7 business days or outlying areas.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your returned merchandise and refund the invoiced amount including the delivery costs (if applicable) to the card number on which the goods were purchased within 30 days of delivery.

Rookie USA does not have a physical store at the moment so this option is not available.

Each product comes with a 30 day guarantee (Excluding sleepwear, Swimwear and Underwear). If you are unhappy or have ordered the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange the item if item is returned undamaged and in original order.
